How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed online via our 100% secure website. All products are available to purchase 24 hours a day 7 days a week via a simple and secure ordering process.

Simply find the product you want and click on the 'Add to Basket' button. The Basket is conveniently located on the right side of all the pages for easy viewing at all time. To view full details of your order click on the view basket button which will take you to your own personal 'Shopping Basket'. Giving you a running total of goods you are planning to purchase.You can either continue shopping or 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible subject to availability.

When will my order be delivered?
The orders are dispatched as soon as possible, normal delivery time is within 7 days but can take up to 28 days, subject to availability.

How secure is the Hitech2go website?
HiTech2Go uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your information and prevent security breaches. All confidential details are encrypted to give you maximum protection, for additional security HiTech2Go does not store your credit or debit card details.

What are the payment options?

How do I know if my order has been recieved?
Once the order has been placed a confirmation page will be displayed, HiTech2Go recommends you print this page for your confirmation. HiTech2Go will also send a confirmation email to you.

 

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after delivery by emailing at returns@hitech2go.com Please see HiTech2Go Terms and Conditions for full details.

What happens if products are returned as undeliverable?
Every effect will be made to deliver goods to the delivery address stated. In the unlike event if goods are returned as undeliverable, a refund will be issued less the delivery charges and standard administration fee of $15.00.

What is my order number?
Your order number is the nine digit code stated on the confirmation email, starting with HTG. Order number should be stated on all correspondents with HiTech2Go.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Yes, simply enter your account details, go to your order history and download any invoice(s). FREE of charge.

Do you deliver overseas?
HiTech2Go reserve the right to refuse any order. Over seas orders will only be process at our discretion and only to the registered address of the payment method.

My order is incorrect !
In the unlikely incident of your order being incorrect or you have been incorrectly charged. Simply email us at support@hitech2go.com with the details and the error will be promptly rectified.

Can I return a product?
Yes, goods can be returned at any time up to 7 days after delivery (see terms and conditions for full details). Simply contact us at returns@hitech2go.com before you returning any good to obtain a returns reference number. Please note goods will not be accepted without the returns reference number.

My product is faulty?
In the unlikely event of your goods been faulty on delivery, simply email us at returns@hitech2go.com with full details and a replacement will be arranged (see terms and conditions for full details).

What should I do if my order is lost or missing?
In the unlikely event of you not receiving your order or partly missing, simply email us at sales@hitech2go.com and we will correct any errors right away.
