Ordering:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once an order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent. This email is not a confirmation of HiTech2Go accepts of the order, it is only a conformation of an order been placed. HiTech2Go reserves the right to decline any order at any time for any reason without prior notice. HiTech2Go also reserves the rights to limit the quantity of to goods per transaction, customer or credit/debit card. Customers may be contacted by HiTech2Go’s security department to obtain additional verifications before accepting any order.
Occasionally HiTech2Go may offer goods on a pre order basis, whereby the product may not be in stock, HiTech2Go will contact you as soon as possible and dispatch your order as soon as goods arrive. In such cases delivery times are subject to products being delivered from the supplier and may be delivered later than expected. HiTech2Go cannot be held responsible for any late delivery. In the extremely unlikely event if goods cannot be supplied, HiTech2Go will contact you as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued. Orders can be cancelled at any time before goods are dispatched without occurring any costs to the customer.
Prices:
All prices and charges are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Goods are subject to Canadian Taxes and delivery charges.
HiTech2Go reserves the right to change prices at any time without any notice.
Total cost of the order will be the price of the product(s), plus any taxes and any applicable delivery charges. All costs will be set out clearly in the Shopping basket before the order is submitted.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time. If a product becomes unavailable, an alternative product may be offered or a full refund.
Every effort is made to ensure all information is accurate, however occasionally mistakes may be made. If an error has occurred for whatever reason, HiTech2Go has the right to correct the inaccuracy and in doing so may refuse the order with a full refund or offer an alternative. If an error has occurred HiTech2Go will inform you as soon as possible with the option of you changing or cancelling your order with a full refund. If an order has been delivered in error, you have the right to return the product(s) for a full refund.
International orders (outside the UK):
All import duties and taxes for the goods entering another country are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check your import duties and taxes payable before placing the order.
Availability:
It’s not possible to guarantee availability of all products, every effort is be made to fulfil all orders. If your order cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason a full refund will be issued.
Special Offers:
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last, HiTech2Go reserve the right to change or cancel any special offers at any time without any notice.
Payment:
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, payment is debited from the card when the order is placed. Please note HiTech2Go does not store any credit or debit card details for security reasons and all transactions are completed using encrypted codes for maximum security to protection your details.
Delivery Charges:
HiTech2Go likes to keep things simple. Standard delivery charges will be calculated based on the products and quantity ordered.
Delivery:
Normal orders are delivered within 7 working days. However, occasionally delivery times may vary due to external factors, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Every effort is made to inform you of an unexpected delay, HiTech2Go will not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery. If the order can not be delivered in extreme circumstance or is likely to take longer than expected, HiTech2Go will contact you as soon as possible with the new delivery time or the option of a full refund.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled at any time before goods are dispatched without any cost to you, by simply emailing your request at cancel@hitech2go.com.
If the orders have been dispatched you may still cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving the goods by simply emailing your request at returns@hitech2go.com. Please note the following conditions must be met;
Goods can only be sent back once a returns reference number (RRN) had been issued by HiTech2Go, RRN are issued by the returns department. You can contact the returns department by sending an email to returns@hitech2go.com. Only goods with a valid RRN will be accepted. All goods must be returned complete, in 'as new' and unused condition without any seals been broken. The product(s) must be returned with the original packaging, accessories and any 'Free Gifts' received with the order.
If an order is returned and is not in 'as new' condition, a repacking fee will be charged along with a standard admin fee of $15.00. Repacking fee depends on the condition of the product(s) returned.
It is the sole responsibly of the sender to ensure goods are delivered to the correct destination and are received undamaged. It is strongly recommended you use a secure method of delivery (which requires a signature upon delivery) with appropriate insurance. Any cost accrued to HiTech2Go for recovering any goods will be charged back.
Once the complete order has been received and verified 'as new' unused condition a full refund will be issued within 30 days. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded and a standard admin fee of $15.00 with be charged.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, nor does it affect your right to cancel.
Please note, only goods with a valid returns reference number will be accepted.
Return of Faulty Goods:
If goods develop a fault within 30 days of delivery, HiTech2Go may replace or repair the goods. Simply email us at returns@hitech2go.com with full details of the fault and your transaction details. A return reference number (RRN) and returns instructions will be emailed to you. Return the goods as instructed and a replacement or a repair will be arranged. Every effort is made to deal with your request as soon as possible, however please note it could take up to 30 days for a replacement product or a repair. After 30 days all new products are backed by the manufactures warranty.
Please note for a replacement or a repair the following terms must be met: All goods must be returned like new without any damage or misuse, complete with the original packaging, accessories and any 'Free Gifts' received with the order. If the goods are returned incomplete, HiTech2Go reserves the rights to charges for any missing items or packaging. All faulty items are tested, product must be redeemed as faulty by our technical department before the claim is processed. The claim will be rejected, if no fault is found or if the product is redeemed to develop a fault due to neglect, misuse, incorrect installation, modification or as a result of a repair by an unauthorised person. In such case a standard test fee of $25.00 and any delivery charges will be charged.
Please note, only goods with a valid returns reference number will be accepted.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
All orders are checked to ensure they are correct, complete and undamaged before been dispatched. In the unlikely event that a product arrives with items missing, damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at returns@hitech2go.com.
Liability:
HiTech2Go takes all reasonable precautions to keep your details secure. Unless HiTech2Go is negligent, it cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. HiTech2Go is not responsible losses caused due to any unforeseen reasons.

At times the product specifications from manufacturers may change, HiTech2Go will make every effort to inform you of these changes. If "substitute" goods are sent and you are not happy with them and cancel the order, you will not receive payment for returning the goods.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, HiTech2Go makes every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
While every effort is made to ensure that all information provided is accurate, errors and misprints can occur. HiTech2Go cannot be held responsible for any errors.
